Our Mission...Chrysalis Center provides supportive services to assist people in need to transform their lives.

Chrysalis Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit healthcare agency providing rehabilitation and health care supports to individuals and families struggling with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and/or poverty. Agency services are provided in Hartford and the Greater Hartford area.
