Chrysalis Center to Hold Its 13th Annual Butterfly Bash Fundraising Event

Hartford- Chrysalis Center, Inc. will host its 13th Annual Butterfly Bash on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017 at the (TCC) Training & Conference Center, located on the Chrysalis Center campus, 255 Homestead Ave., in Hartford.

Chrysalis Center is honored to have The Hartford’s Chairman and CEO Christopher Swift and his wife, Mary, serve as the co-chairs for its 2017 premier fundraising event.  Proceeds from the Butterfly Bash support the continuum of services in Chrysalis Center’s five core areas: Community Employment Services, Community Support Services and Case Management, Community Supportive Housing, Recovery Services and Community Connections.

The evening will consist of a cocktail hour on the patio and a silent auction in the Green Door Gallery beginning at 6:00 PM followed by dinner prepared by La Cocina culinary arts kitchen; a live auction conducted by WFSB personalities Kara Sundlun & Dennis House; tours of Urban Roots, Chrysalis Center’s hydroponic growing center; and more.  Corporate and community partners will be honored for the impact that they have made over the past year through their partnership, financial support, gift of time and talent, leadership and/or financial support to Chrysalis Center.
