Community Employment Services

Chrysalis Employment Services utilize evidenced based, best practice models. Initial and ongoing assessments of the
client, their work skills and their place of employment, are conducted to ensure that the client is in a job that best
matches his or her skills. Staff work in partnership with clients to meet their individual goals based on the client’s
strengths, needs, abilities and preferences.

Chrysalis Employment Services include:

EARN (Employment and Recovery Network)

EARN provides employment services to adults living in the Greater Hartford area who have low income and a primary diagnosis of mental
illness. Designed to closely integrate clinical and employment services, this service is housed at Capital Region Mental Health Center in Hartford.
Utilizing the evidenced based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, it features rapid job placement, on the job supports, zero
reject policy, consumer choice and teamed clinical and employment staff. EARN staff are an integral part of the six clinical treatment teams.
