Community Employment Services
Chrysalis Employment Services utilize evidenced based, best practice models. Initial and ongoing assessments of the client, their work skills and their place of employment, are conducted to ensure that the client is in a job that best matches his or her skills. Staff work in partnership with clients to meet their individual goals based on the client’s strengths, needs, abilities and preferences.
